In this study I was trying to capture the intense vibrancy of the very last few moments of golden hour; when the light is slipping away quickly but turns bright red orange before it goes, warms up everything it touches, and makes the shadows feel almost purple next to it. Nothing reminds me so much of long summer evenings like  a warm sunset by the lake.
